Typical commercial loans range from $100,000 to $50,000,000+ with the option of variable or fixed rate loans, with terms generally up to 15 years, longer terms can be arranged. Loans can be structured as either interest only or principal and interest loans. Interest can be paid monthly or capitalized for the term of the facility. Loans can be both fully verified loans or low doc commercial loans.

Our funding packages are sourced from major banks, investment banks, non-bank lenders, mortgage trusts and private lenders.
